To Submit a video send me an e-mail with your attached video. To send the video use a file hosting site. There are many free sites that can be used. I have used www.usendit.com in the past for my videos. Once you have uploaded the file send an e-mail with the link. I will take a look at it. Just some advise put some effort into the video. do not just put clips together and add music. If you used videos from others to make your video. give them credit for using there clips. Everyone that makes these clips has put in a lot of hard work.

codec - The website www.divx.com
has all the information need to explain what it is and why you need it.
The site also has the free download need for the codec. DivX is a digital
media format like MP3 for video. DivX technology compresses video to a fraction
of its original size for efficient storage on your hard drive and easy sharing
online.

Play back issues - Almost all playback issues are because of the codec is not installed. However, if you are still having problems viewing the videos, send me an e-mail. I will try to help.

How Often will the site be updated? It will be updated as new videos are available. No set time. I have been posting messages about updates on most of the cowboys message boards. If I do not post an update on your specific message board it is because I have not been given permission to or have not been allowed to post the updates. (I have been warned by one site that it is considered spamming)

What is the big deal about direct linking to the videos? A website is allowed a set amount of bandwidth for downloading per month. Direct linking to videos uses the bandwidth at a accelerated rate. Meaning that there will not be enough bandwidth for other to download and enjoy the videos.

How do you make the videos where do you get all the footage? I Record the games that are available to me using a DVD Recorder. I convert the DVD to AVI divx using ImTOO DVD Ripper. For video footage that I do not have, I usually talk with TEK2000 at www.cowboysvids.com, Star Gazer at www.cowboysmedia.com or I go to the different cowboys forums for help. Theebs at www.cowboyszone.com has an extensive collection that has been a big help.

footage I use Windows Movie Maker 2.0 to create the videos. I plan to upgrade
to another program eventually.
